Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the InferSports website, web app, and iOS and Android apps (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for making sure your use of sports-betting information complies with the laws where you live.
2. Information only — not a sportsbook
InferSports provides sports data, statistics, models and analysis for informational and entertainment purposes. We do not accept or place wagers, hold funds, or act as a bookmaker. Model lines, edges, ratings, AI analysis and any other output are estimates, not guarantees or financial advice. Past performance does not predict future results, and you are solely responsible for any bets you choose to make.
3. Your account
Keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account is for one person.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from Account → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next billing period after the notice.
- Plan limits (such as Infer questions and alerts per month) reset each billing period and do not roll over.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute the Service's data, lines, models or ratings, except data you export from your own account for personal use;
- share your account or circumvent plan limits;
- reverse engineer the Service or interfere with its security or operation;
- use the Service for anything unlawful.
6. Your content
You own the bets, notes, models and questions you put into the Service. You give us permission to store and process them to provide the Service to you, and to use them in aggregated, de-identified form to improve it.
7. Our content
The Service, including its software, design, models, ratings and data compilations, belongs to InferSports and its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use it under these terms.
8. Availability
Data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and the Service may occasionally be unavailable.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFERSPORTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY GAMBLING LOSSES OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
11. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. Sections 2, 6–10 and 12 survive termination.
12. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which InferSports is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms; if a change is material we will notify you before it takes effect, and continued use means you accept it.
13. App stores
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, these terms are between you and InferSports, not Apple or Google, who have no responsibility for the Service or its support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms for the iOS app and may enforce them.
